We Believe – training without results is like a race without a finish line.

At DrawSuccess we believe there are three critical components to results: 
Performance, Ownership, and Process: (P-O-P):

Before a team can achieve results, they need to Perform at the highest level. This not only means moving through the four stages of development, it also means that they need to understand one another in order to work cohesively together as a team.

 

 

The next critical component is Ownership. Research shows that when employees are empowered to be a part of the solution (instead of just given orders from above), they are more engaged and achieve higher results.

 

And, finally, the third critical component to results is Process. DrawSuccess uses a 9-step process to achieve results, from Generating Ideas to Celebrating Success.
