Being a “Green” in the business world, I understand that I am a very outgoing person who is driven by my goals and I am self determined to reach those goals. But from her analysis I was able to see how having a person who is a “blue” can provide the balance that my company might need.

For example although I am very task focused, I know that I need to attain a certain level of people focused skills which will help me to have compassion for my employees. If I go around only focusing on the work, I will step on many toes and burn many bridges to achieve my task, but I will set my company back in the long run. Having that blue person who is more introverted and people focused will help me realize this.
