Want to take a DrawSuccess class?  Consider the following questions:

1. Do you want the class to be facilitated by an external DrawSuccess facilitator, or
2. Do you want to learn to facilitate the program inside your organization, or
3. Do you want to train a group of internal managers to facilitate the program throughout your department or organization? 

If you selected #1 or 3, above, contact us to schedule your class. 

If you selected #2, your best bet will be to attend one of our open classes.  A list of upcoming open classes is below.

Which program(s) are you interested in?  We offer classes in a wide variety of subjects, including Leadership & Team Performance, Contribution & Accountability, Diversity & Inclusion, Sales Success, Project Management and more. The classes are delivered externally (though one of our certified facilitators) or through an internal employee trained by DrawSuccess to facilitate the DrawSuccess Program inside their organization.

The classes follow a process of self-discovery, sharing ideas and overcoming challenges, and end with the participants preparing action plans with measurable goals. The initial class is a full-day workshop, followed by three group web meetings where plans are fine-tuned for optimal execution. The outcome of the program includes higher levels of individual and group performance and the acceleration of results.
