Now that you know who you "do it for" think about what do they want or need? As usual, give yourself 2 focused minutes to down your first thoughts (everything you can think of!)


This step helps put you in the other person's place.  It's one thing to do something because you do it well (or enjoy doing it), but it's key to find out if the people you're doing it for want or need what you have!  Even if they might not know it yet!
