Are you getting the most from your employees' knowledge, experience and training?

At DrawSuccess, we believe inside of everyone is an "Inner Genius." A set of skills, talents and abilities – and a wealth of knowledge, education and experience that provides the potential to perform their jobs at a very high level of achievement. In fact, they’re likely to have years of experience and hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of training. They've  learned skills both on-the-job and through all kinds of classroom, literature and educational settings.  Through the DrawSuccess Program, you’ll have  the tools and techniques to tap into this goldmine of knowledge.

DrawSuccess is a great way to reinforce the training and learning from programs in a multitude of topics, including leadership development, strategic planning, accountability, motivation, engagement, sales and customer service, change management, decision-making, personality/behavioral training and many more.

We do this by providing a process for taking all this collective knowledge and turning it into discussion, ideas and plans that lead to measurable and sustainable results.

Answer the following questions to determine the Knowledge Value of your Employees:
  • How many hours, on average, has each employee completed in formal training throughout their career?
  • What is the estimated cost per formal training hour?
  • How many employees are in your company?

— Add these together and you get the Total Knowledge Value of Formal Training.

Now, answer these questions:

  • How many hours of informal, on-the-job training has each employee completed in their career?
  • What is the estimated cost per formal training hour?
  • How many employees are in your company?

— Together, this equals the Total Knowledge Value of Informal Training.

Finally, calculate…

  • How many hours of education does each employee have?*
  • What is the estimated cost per hour of education?**

— This equals Total Knowledge Value of Formal Education.

To get to the Total Knowledge Value of Each Employee, calculate:

Formal Training + Informal Training + Formal Education = Total Knowledge Value

Are you tapping into this Wealth of Knowledge? If not, DrawSuccess can help!
