  4. Solve a problem and deliver results for all of the customers in the chain. 
  5. DrawSuccess is about a complete program to achieve high performance and sustainable results.  It is not a piecemeal group of products and services. 
  6. Limit who our competitors are.  It’s much nicer (and far more profitable) to play nice with others than to compete with them.
  7. DrawSuccess is a program with immense potential for expansion and referrals.  Therefore, remember that each satisfied customer has the potential to multiply exponentially into other satisfied customers. 
  8. Know what our razors – and razor blades – are in our business.  And know how the money flows from each. 
  9. Reward loyalty with loyalty.  Show gratitude to our Raving Fans.  And take good care of our early adopters. 
  10. Keep our promises.  And, if for some reason we aren’t able to, make it up to them beyond expectations.
  11. Remind our customers of the value they’re getting. 
  12. Measure and quantify whenever we can.  The more data we have to support our ROI, the more effective our sales approach and ability to expand will be.
  13. The DrawSuccess Company, our teams (and strategic alliances) must model the behavior we espouse.
