Classes

DrawSuccess offers training classes in a wide variety of subjects, including Leadership & Team Performance, Contribution & Accountability, Diversity & Inclusion, Sales Success, Project Management and more. The classes are delivered externally (though one of our certified Licensees) or through an internal employee trained by DrawSuccess to facilitate the DrawSuccess Program inside their organization.

The classes follow a process of self-discovery, sharing ideas and overcoming challenges, and end with the participants preparing action plans with measurable goals. The initial class is a full-day workshop, followed by three group web meetings where plans are fine-tuned for optimal execution. The outcome of the program includes higher levels of individual and group performance and the acceleration of results.
