Classes

DrawSuccess offers training classes in a wide variety of subjects, including Leadership & Team Performance, Contribution & Accountability, Diversity & Inclusion, Sales Success, Project Management and more. The classes are delivered externally (though one of our certified Licensees) or through an internal employee trained by DrawSuccess to facilitate the DrawSuccess Program inside their organization.

The classes follow a process of self-discovery, sharing ideas and overcoming challenges, and end with the participants preparing action plans with measurable goals. The initial class is a full-day workshop, followed by three group web meetings where plans are fine-tuned for optimal execution. The outcome of the program includes higher levels of individual and group performance and the acceleration of results.

Become an Internal Facilitator

Do you want to learn how to facilitate the DrawSuccess Program inside your organization?  Want to have fun, make a difference and accelerate results? 

You have two options:

1. Attend one of our DrawSuccess Open Classes, or
2. Hold a Group Class inside your company to train 6 or more Internal Facilitators.

Facilitator training classes are two days.  The first day is to experience the program.  The second day is to learn how to facilitate the DrawSuccess game.  Both days are action-packed, fun and empowering!
