The DrawSuccess Sales & Customer Service Module

Everybody sells and everyone has customers.  We sell ourselves to get jobs, our strengths to find relationships, our accomplishments to get recognition and our ideas to create positive change and get what we want.  When selling, either in a traditional sales situation or just selling ideas, the same approach doesn’t work with everyone.  The DrawSuccess Sales & Customer Service Module explores these Inner Genius Style differences while also generating ideas and solutions to maximize sales through an engaging and experiential workshop plus wraparound reinforcement program.  The result will be an expedited results-focused plan to achieve higher levels of individual and team success.

This session will be valuable for you if:

  • It’s important to recognize, appreciate and advance each team member’s ability to sell ideas, solutions, products and/or services.
  • You work on a team and/or in a company that wants to improve its level of performance in Sales & Customer Service, including being more effective in working with – and for – other groups or leaders.
  • Your team and/or company wants to improve its competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • The team is forming or integrating a new team member and wants to expedite team integration.  Or, the team is storming and wants to unite as a team to overcome barriers to success.

Upon successful completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Compare and contrast the selling style strengths for each Inner Genius Style.
  • Know the best way to motivate and build relationships with the different Inner Genius Styles.
  • Avoid the things that annoy, frustrate or bother people with diverse personalities.
  • Determine the ways the ability to “Sell by Style” can make the company and team more effective and competitive.
  • By incorporating each team member’s skills, strengths and experience, the team will generate solutions and deliver a plan where team members are united and motivated to achieve higher levels of success in selling and/or providing service to others.
