The DrawSuccess Harmony & Conflict Resolution Module

To reach Performing, all teams need to go through the Storming stage.  In fact, there can be no harmony, and success is hindered unless people are able to express themselves.  However, in many cases, teams are disbanded or reorganized when conflict begins.  Similarly, individual relationships often break up when the going gets tough.  However, just as muscles get stronger by stretching to their limits and surpassing the pain, teams get stronger through sharing their differences.  The solution is for team members to recognize and appreciate individual diversity, thereby allowing everyone to feel free to contribute their best.  When this happens, teams will then be able to reap the rewards of healthy discord and expedite the path to higher performance.  The DrawSuccess Harmony & Conflict Resolution Program is a highly engaging experiential workshop and wraparound reinforcement program in which teams come together to co-create a results-focused plan to achieve higher levels of harmony and success.

This session will be valuable for you if:

  • You want a team where the members know how to resolve conflict when it arises and feel free to challenge each other.
  • The team is forming or incorporating a new team member and needs to accelerate team integration and avoid unnecessary barriers to success.

  • Apply the four stages of team development to the subject of Harmony & Conflict Resolution and recognize the need for and benefits of constructive storming. 
  • Gain a greater appreciation and understanding of each team member’s strengths and contributions.
