The DrawSuccess Contribution & Accountability Module

Contribution and Accountability are critical for a team’s success.  Contribution indicates that each team member is contributing their best to the team, and Accountability provides the framework to accomplish this goal.  The DrawSuccess Contribution & Accountability Program is an engaging and experiential workshop with a wraparound reinforcement program in which teams come together to build a plan to accelerate results and achieve higher levels of team performance, while developing a deeper understanding of each other’s strengths and contributions.

This session will be valuable for you if:

  • The team is working on important projects where it’s essential to get the best performance from every member of the team.
  • Teams are interested in improving each team member’s level of accountability, including learning from failures and mistakes, avoiding excuses and finger-pointing, sharing credit, taking the initiative, creating contingency plans, responding instead of reacting, etc.
  • Not all team members are contributing their best and/or the team is having difficulty achieving goals.
  • The team is forming or incorporating a new team member and wants to expedite team integration.
  • The team is storming, under stress or disengaged and needs to overcome barriers to success.

Upon successful completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Compare and contrast the ways each Inner Genius Style contributes to team performance and match team members to their optimum role and contribution to the team.
  • Identify and overcome the obstacles to success, both past and future, and apply solutions to foster individual and group contribution and accountability.
  • Explain ways to create process solutions to solve people problems.
  • By incorporating each team member’s unique contribution to the team, the team will come together to deliver a results-driven plan with high levels of individual and team accountability.
