<p align="justify" class="style2">Contribution and Accountability are critical for a team&rsquo;s success.&nbsp; Contribution indicates that each team member is contributing their best to the team, and Accountability provides the framework to accomplish this goal.&nbsp; The DrawSuccess Contribution &amp; Accountability Program is an engaging and experiential workshop with a wraparound reinforcement program in which teams come together to build a plan to accelerate results and achieve higher levels of team performance, while developing a deeper understanding of each other&rsquo;s strengths and contributions.</p>
<p class="style2">This session will be valuable for you if:</p>
<ul>
<li class="style2">The team is working on important projects where it&rsquo;s essential to get the best performance from every member of the team.</li>
<li class="style2">Teams are interested in improving each team member&rsquo;s level of accountability, including learning from failures and mistakes, avoiding excuses and finger-pointing, sharing credit, taking the initiative, creating contingency plans, responding instead of reacting, etc.</li>
<li class="style2">Not all team members are contributing their best and/or the team is having difficulty achieving goals.</li>
<li class="style2">The team is forming or incorporating a new team member and wants to expedite team integration.</li>
